| 1. Written by Alex on January 6, 2012 I read a lot of complaints about Brandsmart after I received a falsely advertised item in the mail. It was a tablet that had the wrong specs. I was very angry because I spent 9 hours after Christmas day looking for a good deal which Brandsmart had. Before I posted complaints, I contacted Eydie Bowe, VP of Customer Operations, and we worked out a good deal after she offered to solve the issue at hand. It only took 2 days to fix the issue which is perfect for me. Communication was quick through email, and I received a phone call the very next morning after I wrote the email. I was very pleased to know they actually have someone who's job is to fix issues that customers run into. It's only fair that I post some sort of positive feedback for those who are skeptical about receiving help. Just Google her name. Sincerely, Very Pleased Tablet Owner |
| 2. Written by jbird on January 6, 2012 This is a instore review at the Doraville, GA branch. I bought a 55 inch LCD TV that was a floor model. They bubble wrapped it for me and put it in my car. Got it home and it had a huge crack in the screen. I took it back right away. The manager flat out called me a lier. He and his other staff went into a room next door with a glass screen between us and laughed. Finially he came back and almost didn't take it back or let me exchange it. Once it left the floor I didn't see it until I got it home and took off the bubble wrap. Which hid it's cracked screen. I am still not sure if this was the same tv that I saw on the floor or if they pulled a switcheru. While I still think I got a better deal in the end. Management there makes me not want to go back. |

I asked to have a dryer delievered to my house and low and behold Brandsmart does not take Money Orders indicating that they are not guaranteed. I fail to understand how that is possible when you pay cash to get a MO. After going thought the trouble of having the MO reverted back to cash I was then told that they would not deliever the dryer on the aggreed day and that I needed to reschedule. I explained that I will be out of town due to my military occupation. BrandsMart refused to redeliever the product on the day requested even though I live less than 5 mile from the store I purchased of purchase. This to me is bad Customer Service. All I can say is just have the cash or do without. |

Written by jeff g on March 10, 2011 this is an update,i contacted edie bowe and though she could not undo the first 5 years of awful service she did in fact fix the issues i currently have.My recomendation if you have a real problem with Brandsmart service contact her.I wish I had known about her years ago. |

Written by jeff gordon on March 9, 2011 I bought a refridge 5 years ago,it was defective from the get go,i bought the extended warrenty and at least twice a year Brandsnart has to send someone out to fix the *** thing.Things were so bad that Brandsmart extended my warrenty,the problem is theu never filed the paper work with the warrenty co.Its now been 2 weeks since i sent the paperwork and still no warrenty in place.this unit after th 3rd or 4th time out and this was the first 18 mos should have been replaced or the option to trade the piece of junk in for another should have been worked out.Aboslutely awful custemer service. |
| 7. Written by Brandsmart, Buyer beware when on December 1, 2010 I agree with you, I just call the brandsmart they told me I have to get authorization, before they can come out to see my TV. I have five year warranty on my TV. They told me the problem is the TV lamp and that is not covered by the warranty ( what the *** is that!) . I had someone else change the Lamp. I call again about another problem, I was told that if the TV technician found that the problem is not covered by the warranty I would be changed for the service call . Buyer beware when buying anything from Brandsmart!!!!!!! Miami Fl, store off the palmetto. |

| 10. Written by Chad Carter on November 19, 2010 My wife bought a laptop from Brandsmart. We bought the extended warranty. Which in their description they said you can take the laptop out and run over it with a car and it would absolutely be covered. "Everything is covered under this warranty".. was repeated several times. The laptop was left on the kitchen table and the dog had wrapped the cord around its leg as it ran out the backdoor. We promptly went to Brands Mart for our warranty... Nope... It would have been covered except, there was a crack in the screen which voids the warranty (Gee, not quite the "everything is covered" warranty I was assured I was buying)... This was 3 years ago. I am a .Net programmer for the federal government so I have to keep my machines up to date and buy a new laptop every year. Guess where I do NOT go to buy laptops anymore. I don't appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of. Even more specific, because I was repeatedly told that EVERYTHING is covered and no matter what happened to the laptop it would be covered, I consider it thievery. They took money for a service they did not provide. That's a thief in my eyes. |
