Brandsmart recently damaged my floor and crewed up delivery.

On 9/6/08 I took delivery of a Kitchen aid Stove from brandsmart which was supposed to be a dishwasher also but was never told that it had to be disconnected for them to take the old one and deliver the new one. In the process the delivery men chipped my tile floor. I reported it that day and since have called 5x with NO response.They kept passing me on from department to department and each time I was told someone would call me back. Their customer service STINKS. They don't care once you've made your purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDSMART!!!!!!!!!!! Burmano
