DoYou guys really have to step up your customer service. Not only did I go to the store and place an order, the sales rep placed an order for a non standard refrigerator.

Extra money, only to have it arrive at my house, wrong size. Went in person, not only was the sales rep beyond rude, management did not want to get involved. 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago he called telling me refrigerator would arrive at my home 6/14.

6/17, no refrigerator, called customer service, spoke to Nola. She apparently hates life and her job, did want to check inventory. She checked refrigerator is iin.

Only to me tolls delivery is 2 weeks from now.Im a disabled veteran, have lost both arms, living off a cooler, simply because brand smart has no accountability for its staff or outdated products. I will be returning entire kitchen, and purchasing from Home Depot.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy here.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Preferred solution: Don’t know, because at this point I have no faith in you guys. Have told all veterans at 2 vas, not to purchase from brand smart. Home Depot delivers, has discounts, exceptional customer service..

BrandsMart USA Cons: Your lousy service, Once sold, Ignored me until i contacted them to find the product, No disclosure of contract, No agency over your own shipment.
