I went to Brandsmart to purchase a Flatscreen TV. I choose a Samsung costing $999:99 a 5 year warranty (turns out to be costly and worthless) and items for set up.

The Conspiring Salesman determined that the TV would fit in my car so I waived delivery. The Conspiring Salesman said the store computer showed only one of these TVs in stock. He said that he was going to the stockroom to physically check for the TV before we complete the sale. He returned saying that he could NOT locate the TV.

The salesman and I were discussing the purchase of another TV when the manager Patrick McLean (Corrupt Manager), interrupted us. Having over heard our conversation Mr. McLean said he could find the TV and went off to the stockroom. He returned saying that he had found the TV.

I then paid for the TV and went to the loading dock to pick it up where I was made to wait in the cold (below 40 degrees in South Florida) for quite some time. Finally, they produced the TV and opened the box,by now it is completely dark out. The TV appears fine.( If there were a problem how much could be seen on a dark back lit loading dock is very limited) I sign what I think shows that I have received possession of the TV and they load it into my car. DO NOT SIGN THIS !!!

IT IS A RELEASE !!! This document excuses Brandsmart of ALL responsibility for selling items damaged on the inside or out. My TV looked perfect on the outside,it was only when powered on could you see that the screen was shattered on the INSIDE! I called and Mr McLean was extremely rude, he said that "It is physical damage" and that "you probably did it" then said that my warranty wouldn't cover it and what I signed at the loading dock was a release.

He said "sorry I CAN'T (won't ) HELP YOU. DO NOT SHOP AT BRANDSMART. Despite all efforts, including contacting Eydie Bowes-NOTHING was done to help me. I am out the money and out the TV.

I am working with a class action Consumer Attorney to gather a class of people to sue BRANDSMART for selling these types of products.

Please contact me. We can recover our out of pocket expenses, damages, and PUNITIVE DAMAGES against Brandsmart and Eydie Bowe.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

This just happened to me. Literally.

I just got out of hospital battling Covid19 and the 86 in tv for $2k my wife saved up and bought for me. The drivers laid the tv down after taking a picture and in doing so busted the screen.

The managers response after hearing all that was "Sorry we are unable to assist you at this time." Please let me know if I can jump on board. William Casey

I'm going through the same thing with them now, the guy at brand smart was rude as well, this is not fair and I also blame Samsung for selling something that can crack so easily 404862****

Hi juls.

I just purchase a 4k tv on october the 2 and kind of the same thing happened to me.

brandsmart is stating that i broke the screen and that they were not responsible. Basically they are saying that i just lost $1900 dollars that i had saved for months with my girlfriend to purchase this tv. I will join you to sue brandsmart. Here is my phone number.

Hello I'm having the same problem with brandsmart. I purchased an 85in tv that got damaged when the employee unloading at the store for my return.

The tv was too big for my console. my phone # is 954 274 ****.
