There are several sites like this that slam Brandsmart for their lack of customer service and caring. They don't respond to phone calls, even the supervisor Ed Fernandez and his boss, Cosmo Adamo, VP, don't respond.

Lesson learned.....never buy from this place, the money saved isn't worth the aggravation when your item doesn't work properly, and more than likely, YOUR appliance will NOT work properly. Buy somewhere else!!!! They must buy seconds or inferior products from the manufacturers, because several of my friends will never buy from there again. One time is more than enough when they treat the customer the way they do.

They should be shut down.
