We bought a mobile air conditioner and want to return it and replace it with window air conditioners and they refused. Didn't agree to refund us or give us store credit.
Although the cashier said that we can return it in 30 days and also it's written in the receipt, they added in a smaller words that it's 0 days of returning! The sale person didn't mention during all the process that we can't return it.
We called customer service, we spoke with the store manager, nothing helped. We just threw 300 dollars.
