I bought a Samsung 55' TV for $800.00. when I installed the TV it has a white spot on the screen. I went back to the store for an exchange 1 day after the purchase and they refused to do anything. Now I have a $800.00 garbage TV. Horrible customer service! Horrible store. Buyer aware,,,

They offered me to sell me another TV claiming a big white spot on the screen is not a defect. I work very hard for my money and wont allow any company to play like that. They are a joke!

How can they just do not exchange a TV after 1 day of purchasing? Why? What kind of business is that???

If you work for your money, do NOT go there. They sell you stuff and if you ever have a problem you are done!
